Seeing the more than 60 comments to my article Any anti-burka laws and guidelines will automatically become unconstitutional: Shaheem, one of my friends yesterday advised me to dig up this 17 April 2009 photo taken in Kudas Bandos picnic island because “any blog post with the word ‘burka’ in the title seems to get so many people worked up” in his words.
“What better way to get visitor numbers shoot up in your Google Analytics,” my friend advised.
Now let’s see whether I can get more than 60 comments to this post to break the earlier record…

Shauky: the photo was taken in a stealth operation!!! So the last thing I had in mind – or even the time for – was to properly set up a tripod, check the available lighting, angle, framing and composition, because by the time all those decisions will be made, the subject and the subject matter would have been lost!!!
Which is why I still prefer my Canon Powershot rather than an SLR ‘cos like a mobile phone in my pocket, these Powershots are so handy when I have to grab momentary moments like this which won’t have any timing or planning. The moment is there and then gone in a second, puff!
Boy, I must sound like the Shadowrunner here…hehe…Maybe his stealth operations are rubbing off on others like me :D

Why Islam requires men and women to sit while peeing. What’s wrong with men peeing while standing since we can do it without messing ourselves? And what’s wrong with drinking and eating while standing? My mom gets worked up when she sees me eating and drinking while standing and says that’s against Sunnah! Good thing she doesn’t know how I piss…keke
